Join the JD Tech Program
This program is a supervised work experience that accompanies a two-year Associate of Applied Science program through Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh, NC. The courses provide a John Deere-based curriculum of both classroom and lecture and laboratory experiences. On-the-job training at a sponsoring dealership is a requirement of this two-year program. Students will work at Quality Equipment for a summer co-op program in order to pass classes, as well as graduate.
About John Deere TECH
The John Deere TECH program began in 1989 and now sponsors programs at 24 colleges throughout the U.S. and Canada. Every instructor has completed extensive John Deere technician training, and students have the opportunity to work on the latest equipment and technology.

How to Apply To the Program
You will be considered for sponsorship by:
– filling out an application
– submitting references
– providing school transcripts
– completing a face-to-face interview
If selected, Quality Equipment will provide all of your school uniforms, as well as the on-the-job training you need to complete the John Deere Tech training program. Quality Equipment offers a tuition reimbursement program based on semester GPA. Upon graduation, you will also be eligible for full-time employment with our organization!
