2024 Northeast AG Expo Summer Field Day

At this year’s Northeast AG Expo at TBS Farms in Hertford, NC, attendees will be touring different fields while learning about corn and soybean production from 6 different northeastern NC Extension groups. The following Extension Specialists will be in attendance:
- Extension Soybean Specialist Rachel Vann
- Extension Corn Specialist Ron Heiniger
- Extension Plant Pathologist Daisy Ahumada
- Extension Weed Specialist Wes Everman
- Extension Economist Nick Piggott
Guests will be able to learn about the following topics at this event:
- Soybean research
- Ongoing corn agronomic studies at TBS Farms
- Foliar fungicides in corn
- Soybean disease management
- See and Spray technology
- Tips on grain storage
2 hours of Certified Crop Advisors (CCA) credits and N, O, D, and X pesticide credits will also be available.
